Caffettino Coffee Roasters was founded by siblings Giovanni Sacco and Gianna Fairchilds, who have been in the coffee industry since 2006.

Roasted in small batches on a Loring 7kg Nighthawk, our focus is on sourcing exceptional green coffee and highlighting each lot’s true character. We specialize in minimally processed washed coffees, chasing clarity, balance, and sweetness in every cup while occasionally offering something a little more funky.
